Who am I?

This site is run by a highly trained and certified Inter-tel professional. I live and work in Southern California as a telecommunications technician, specializing in Inter-tel tech support and repair. I started off my career working on Nortel systems in the Seattle area before moving back to my home state. I began working on some of the older Inter-tel phone systems like the GLX-Plus and 1224/2460 before graduating to the Axxess and 5000 product lines.
